Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Take note that some items require assembling or preparation. Please allow a 24-48h window. A staff member will keep a close communication with all pick-up orders.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free Standard 2 day free shipping on Orders over 249$ for All customers.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Free Shipping on most orders of $249 or more of eligible items qualify for FREE Shipping (The order must ship to a Canadian address). Please review the following situations, where a special transport or handling fee will apply at all order amounts: Orders whose total weight is 30lbs or heavier Orders containing items considered oversized by the postal services Orders shipping to either a remote location, or to a location where we cannot economically ship an item or order to. We can ship everywhere in Canada, However, the free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipping to the Territories, and extreme rural areas.

Return Policy


Return Procedure & Eligibility

Before returning any items, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

To open an RMA, please fill in this form:

  1. The Order Number
  2. The email address associated with the order
  3. Names of the item(s) to return
  4. Description of the reason for return
  5. Photo(s) of the item(s) to return. In the case that the item is defective, we ask for a short video showing the item malfunctioning as proof of error for our files.

Items approved for return must be sent back within 14 days of opening the RMA request. Items returned outside of this window or sent back without authorization may not be refundable.

Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is taken from the final purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping or handling charges.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions :

  1. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to open an RMA request
  2. An RMA must be requested within 14 days of the delivery of your order if non-defective, or 30 days if defective.
  3. Items must be in their original, and unopened box (for non-defective items)

Kart Plus reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. 

Refunds, minus the restocking fees, will be issued back to your original payment method. You will be advised on a case by case scenario when your refund will be issued based on the information provided in your RMA request.

Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require up to 10 business days  process the refund to your account.
